Commute in rush hour, go for a long ride, use it in the rain, and if you're not satisfied after 5 days after your purchase, you can return the bike free of charge. Take care of your cargo bike during the trial period, as we won't be able to give you a full refund for a damaged bike.

How can I return my order?
If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know by contacting us directly by telephone or email.
You will be contacted by the Libbri team within 10 working days of your request in order to arrange collection in our Grandson showroom.
Are returns free?
Yes ! You can return the Libbri cargo bike to us within 5 days.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
We will process your return within 14 days after collecting the bike in our showroom in Grandson.
We will ask for your bank details to transfer your refund.
